Dr Raghuram Mallaiah, Director, Neonatology and Founder, Amaara Human Milk Bank, Fortis La Femme, joined the 12-hour #SwasthyaMantra telethon. At the show, Dr Mallaiah said that breastfeeding can be simplified and it is not as difficult as people make it seem. He further said that the mother’s instinct is the best and yet they are constantly being told what to do. Dr Mallaiah also added that the fathers need to be sensitised.
