Fitness Is About Training The Mind: Hardik Pandya
Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya has said that fitness is all about training the mind and once that is achieved the body is able to push the limits. Speaking at the launch of his clothing line in Mumbai on Saturday, Hardik shared his thoughts on fitness.
Pandya explained that it was his passion for fitness that enabled him to become a fast bowler and increase his pace when he played at the international level. Pandya added that running his preferred exercise.
