After a marathon CWC meeting that lasted nearly seven hours, Sonia Gandhi will stay on as interim Congress Chief for the time being. However, the party has committed to a meeting soon where they will choose a new president. Congress leader Shatrughan Sinha tells NDTV that he feels Rahul Gandhi is a tried, tested and successful leader. He also says that the party is dependent on the Gandhi family, as they are the vote-getters.
