Speaking exclusively to NDTV, Chief Election Commissioner OP Rawat has clarified that the delay in conducting Anantnag bypolls does not mean that they cannot hold Jammu and Kashmir polls soon. Saying that the Election Commission does not do politics, the CEC has also said that it was premature to forecast on the date of polls and the possibility of simultaneous polls.
