BS Yeddyurappa and not Prime Minister Narendra Modi is his main opponent in the Karnataka assembly elections, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah told NDTV in an interview on the campaign trail. PM Modi is not at all popular in the south Indian state, he said, reserving sharper criticism for BJP chief Amit Shah. "His campaign is like a comedy show. No one takes him seriously," he said.
