An initiative led by the Kargil War veteran and India's first blade runner Major D P Singh, the SwachhAbility Awards felicitated Swachh heroes who have risen above personal disabilities to work for the society. The awards were preceded by the SwachhAbility Run which saw over 12,000 participants from different walks of life coming together to challenge all limitations and contribute to a noble cause. It emerged as a unique platform to spread awareness about the cause and to encourage people to join hands for creating a better India for our future generations.
