US new home prices to remain stable to negative: Ketul Sakhpara

New home sales in the US fell by 7 per cent in March, signifying that the housing market in the US is going to remain under pressure. However, Ketul Sakhpara, Director of Research, EQC Funds, told NDTV Profit that there is a modest improvement in the housing data. "New home sales pricing will remain stable to negative," he added.
