After weeks of "will he won't he", former McKinsey chief Rajat Gupta, accused by the US Securities Exchange Commission of insider trading, has finally resigned as the chairman of the Hyderabad based premier management institute, Indian School of Business. Gupta has been charged by the US Securities and Exchange Commission for allegedly passing on insider information to Raj Rajaratnam.
