ONGC expects rise in oil subsidy burden

ONGC's men are working harder to keep the crude pumping but with global prices touching $133 a barrel, the company's chairman RS Sharma is being forced to put politics over economics. ONGC has to subsidise crude sales to state refiners, thus making available low price oil products to the citizens.
