Andrew Holland, CEO of Ambit Investment Advisors, said the idea of stronger banks buying weaker banks might work but will take time as cultural differences are huge and trade unions sticky. Reasonable rally in the banks seen currently will dissipate as earning season approach given that the inherent problems continue, he added.
