Oberoi Realty has posted better-than-expected results in the fourth quarter due to stronger sales. Vikas Oberoi, CMD, Oberoi Realty told NDTV Profit that they are expecting new launches to boost sales in fiscal year 2013. "We are planning to develop 6 buildings in Goregaon. However, we will wait for land acquisition prices to fall," he added.
