Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemical Ltd (MRPL) has reported a near six-fold jump in its net profit for the quarter ended June 30, as it turned more crude oil into fuel and cut foreign exchange losses. AK Hazarika, Chairman of MRPL, says the first quarter saw turnover rising by 62 per cent.
