HPCL to revive Bhatinda refinery

The IOC's Mathura refinery single handedly catered to the growing north Indian market. But now HPCL is getting ready once again to revive plans to kickstart the 9 million tonne Bhatinda refinery. This comes less than 6 months after British Petroleum walked out of the project. NDTV has learnt from company sources that the board has given an in-principle clearance for the expansion plans at both Bhatinda and Vizag.
