Sundaram Sivaramakrishnan, Partner & CFO, Barings Private Equity Partners (India) and Jayanta Banerjee, Managing Partner at ASK Pravi Capital Advisors, speak to NDTV Profit about how deferment of the General Anti Avoidance Rules or GAAR has helped boosting investor sentiments. "There is no structural announcement on GAAR yet but the deferment is a sentimental positive," said Sivaramakrishnan. Banerjee feels that India is still attractive as far as the foreign investment is concerned.
