The big stock markets debuts for financial service initial public offerings (IPOs) have become an incentive for professionals who are already in short supply. The incentive is no longer just a fat salary but dreams of creating their stock options and that means a churn among fund managers. The churn has begun and people are leaving for more powerful positions that often come with massive stock options attached.
