Ramesh Ramanathan of Sterling Holiday Resorts says that the company is undergoing a dramatic change with all its resorts under complete refurbishment and overhaul. He says that for properties that have been completely refurbished, the average room rates have gone up 100 per cent. Without putting out a guidance, he went on to say that starting Q3 the numbers will start to look better.
