In an interaction with NDTV, Dr LS Rathore, Director General of Meteorology, IMD, says that another round of rain and hailstorm is likely across north India. April is expected to be wetter than normal this time. The IMD will release its monsoon forecast in the last week of April. He says El Nino is fading away but it is too early to talk about La Nina.
