Prashant Singhal, Telecom Industry Leader at Ernst & Young spoke to NDTV Profit on the 3G roaming issue. He feels that since the current revenue from 3G is not very substantial, it will mainly hit potential revenue growth. Investments will come down only if telcos operate regionally, he says.
