The work is speeding up at the global liquor major Diageo Plc factories as competition in the top end spirit market is getter hotter. After Vijay Mallya, Diageo India MD Asif Adil too wants to take the products into smaller towns and cities. Diageo is expanding from 14 cities currently to 25-30 different cities in the next one year. It is also setting up 15-20 exclusive Johnny Walker stores across the country.
