Dabur plans Rs 70-cr unit in Sri Lanka

Dabur India is investing Rs 70 crore on a new unit in north of Colombo, Sri Lanka to produce its Real brand of fruit-based beverages to feed the south Indian market. Sunil Duggal, CEO of Dabur, says the plant would reduce the freight costs for shipping juices to South India and the company would subsequently deliver cosmetics from the unit.
