Vineet Nayyar, Chairman of Mahindra Satyam spoke to NDTV Profit on the dismissal of the Upaid court case in Texas. “This dismissal is consequence of our having reached settlement with UPAID about one and half years ago,” he said. He also added that rather than go through extended litigation in U.S. which is not cheap, the company decided to settle out of court.
