Nalco CMD Tapan Kumar Chand tells NDTV that after the government allotted Utkal D (operational) and Utkal E coal mines, the uncertainty over coal supply is over and this will give a boost to their expansion plan. He also says he did not expect a very big recovery in global aluminium prices.
