According to reports, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) is likely to come out with an order penalising cement companies for alleged cartelisation. Ravi Sodah, Cement Analyst, Elara Securities India told NDTV Profit that the penalties have already been built-in and the companies will likely challenge the decision.
