Real estate developers in Bangalore are increasingly offering customers with sops to sell even mid level apartments, which could cost between Rs 4-18 crore and in booming industry. "Nowadays, apartments come in the range of Rs 2-6 crore, going up to Rs 15-17 crore in some cases," said Mahesh Laxman, Regional Director, Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj.
