Land prices in Bangalore may not be as expensive as in some other metros. However, the pace and the manner in which it is growing are worrying. Although the Bangalore Development Authority has now come out with a greater Bangalore master plan for planned growth that hasn't prevented land prices in some areas from touching astronomical figures.
