New UPI Fee Only For Merchants, Not Customers: Explained

UPI transactions will attract a fee, but only for merchant transactions made via prepaid instruments. The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has clarified that UPI will remain free for all users. NDTV's Priyanshi Sharma explains the new UPI fee.
