With Budget 2011 round the corner, a panel of experts talk about the expectations of the infrastructure sector. To improve the infrastructure growth in the country, they say there is a need to devise a separate policy framework for five basic infrastructure sections like core (ports, highways, power), urban (telecom, metro), rural (irrigation), social (education) and land, and then allot money accordingly.
