This show will feature stories of art and the artistic process from the men and women who light a creative fire around the world. On 'On Art' we will also offer art news and upcoming events for the week. This week, On Art takes a trip to the cinema, as we visit Jagran Film Festival. There, we meet several celebrities, including Rajat Kapur and Tapsee Pannu. Join us as we celebrate independent movies from around the world. Painter and mixed media artist Kanchan Chander shows us her works involving the "tragic queens" of Bollywood and Hollywood, and fashion designer and artist Gunjan Arora excites our imagination with his innovative threadwork art pieces. These works are comprised of discarded thread from across India, and are brought together to create landscapes, portraits and abstract works. On 'The World Of Mojarto' segment – we have created a platform for some collaborations with its collectables section, along with a space for jewellery and merchandise as well. We take you on a tour, as well as give you a glimpse of the recent Ambiente India Fair, that was a great backdrop to justify our belief in the growing innovation in this sector.
