Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday ordered share trading suspension for companies found to be non-compliant to listing agreement clauses relating to corporate governance norms and shareholding disclosures.

Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has decided to shift stocks of 15 firms to the restricted trading category for not complying with listing agreement rules, from July 9.

Texplast Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on September 29, 2011 for the purpose of 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 29, 2011.
