Leisure and education travel firm Cox & Kings today announced sale of the camping division of its subsidiary Holidaybreak Ltd for a total consideration of 89.2 million pounds (over Rs 880 crore) to Homair Vacances.

Travel company Cox & Kings has said its subsidiary PGL has forayed into Australia with the acquisition of a site as part of its plan to develop markets in the island nation.

Meininger, a part of Cox and Kings, has signed a long-term lease agreement for the Amsteltower hotel in Amsterdam.

The brokerage firm said that Cox & King is well positioned to benefit from rapid growth of Indian tourism.
