Earlier last month, the EPFO had introduced composite claim forms (Aadhaar and non-Aadhaar) by replacing the erstwhile forms 19, 1OC and 31 to simplify the submission of claims by subscribers.

Processes have been reviewed and instructions issued to field offices to settle death claims within seven days from the date of receipt of proposal, and retirement claims on the day of retirement, EPFO said.
