The foreign institutional investors (FIIs)/foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) in Fortis Healthcare Ltd has crossed the overall limit of 24 per cent of its paid-up capital, the RBI said.

Claris Injectables manufactures and markets generic injectables across multiple delivery systems, markets and therapeutic segment including anesthesia, anti-infectives and others.

Claris Lifesciences in a statement said that "it is confident to reply to these (Form 483s) within 15 business days with corrective and preventive actions."

Shares of Claris Lifesciences on Monday soared 20 per cent after the company received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the US health regulator for its manufacturing plant near Ahmedabad.

Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from December 20, 2010, the equity shares of Claris Lifesciences Ltd  (Scrip Code: 533288) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities.
