The minister recently shared an anecdote on Twitter that has collected quite a few reactions so far.

In a tweet shared some 20 hours ago, Ms Irani wrote: "You know you are old when your 13 year old says 'Bawse' and you say 'Whatttt?????'" The minister tagged 'Superwoman' in her tweet and also shared a picture of the YouTube star's book. Its title includes the confusing word.

For those who don't know, a 'bawse' according to Lilly Singh is someone who who exudes confidence, finds solutions, makes people feel good about themselves and more:

Since being posted, the tweet has collected over 3,500 'likes' and some 460 retweets along with several reactions from people.

While some love that the minister has tweeted about the book, many others have expressed their reservation over the word and/or its spelling. A few others have also revealed that this is a regular phenomenon in their households as well.

"That's how 'Boss' would sound with a heavy accent. Not good for Indians/Kids learning English," says one commenter. "Your 13 y/o knows what's good," says another.

"Guess I am old. I had to google #bawse," says one Twitter user. "Every day in my house. Superwoman has a super fan at my house," says another.

Lilly Singh has also retweeted Ms Irani's tweet.
