New Delhi:

Neha Sharma is missing her gym sessions. We are not saying this. The actress confessed it in her latest Instagram upload. She shared a throwback video while working out in various ways. Neha is captured sweating it out in a black sports bra and matching tights. She wore two braids. The caption goes as, “Just a gym appreciation post...I miss this so much...Hope things become normal soon and I can do this.” Through the hashtags, Neha asked her Insta fam to “stay motivated” and “push negativity away.” We bet many of her health-conscious fans would agree with the star.

So, what's Neha doing if not working out? The actress revealed this in her recent social media post with a “photo dump.” Neha shared a bunch of snaps from her daily routine giving us a fair idea of how her day amidst pandemic looks like. In one of the frames, it's Neha's selfie looking pretty in red lipstick. Then, there is a picture of her garden followed by some yummilicious delicacies. We can also spot Neha's furry friend in one of the stills.

The pandemic has majorly affected mental health across ages and Neha is no exception. The 33-year-old gave a shout out to her actress-sister Aisha Sharma in one of the freshly put-up posts. In the video, Neha is seen planting a kiss on Aisha's cheek. The captioned read, “Thank you for being there for me.”

Earlier, Neha shared her sentiments through illustrator Emily Coxhead's words and it goes like this, “Sending a big old cuddle and letting you know that it's okay if you don't feel so sparkly right now. It's okay to cry. It's okay to be mad and confused and feel all kinds of weird. It's okay to feel lucky and sad in equal measure. It's okay to not really know how you feel right now but I'm sending some love.”

Like Neha, we all are waiting for the normalcy to return. But for now, staying indoors and wearing a mask is the best thing to do.
