New Delhi:

Late actor Irrfan Khan's son Babil, who often trends for shattering stereotypes, revealed in an Instagram post that he is often asked "Are you a girl?" for his love for makeup and skincare. "Can you believe some people STILL go, 'Are you a girl?' when I apply face masks or make-up before going out?" read an excerpt from his post. With his post, Babil also decided to address the issue and wrote down in response of sorts for those who think makeup is gender specific. "I think every person is made up of a cosmic duality and what truly makes you a man is recognising the woman inside you. You are not a man till you realise your feminine dimension, because that exactly is toxic masculinity. I love looking after my skin, I love looking sexy, I love women and I love being a man."

To go with his views, Babil shared before and after videos of his face care routine. Babil's post is truly a lesson on how to call out toxic masculinity.

On Valentine's Day, Babil shared an ROFL post, featuring a snippet of his face mask session: "Breakout season. Putting a face mask to meet absolutely nobody on Valentine's Day," he wrote.

Babil, who studies films and acting in London, recently revealed in an interaction with a follower that he will be looking for acting offers after his graduation. Responding to a fan, who asked Babil about his venture into the "field of acting" in the comments section, he replied: "I am already in the field of acting, when I will appear in a film is the question. Once I have graduated around May, I will start looking into offers."
