Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are trending again and no points for guessing its because of fresh additions to details about their still-unconfirmed wedding. Fans of 'DeepVeer' are busy rejoining the reported final wedding date of the couple, which a Filmfare report states to be November 20 - it was rumoured to be November 10 before. Quoting a source, Filmfare states that the couple will have a destination wedding in Italy's Lake Como with a guest-list restricted to 30 names, including just family and close ones: "It's a very special day for both Ranveer and Deepika which is why they just want the close ones to be present for their wedding ceremony. Mostly it will be their families and a few close friends. The guest list consists of merely 30 people and that's exactly how these two want it."
The wedding may be a close-knit affair but the star couple are also reportedly planning reception parties on a grand scale once they touchdown in India after their destination wedding: "Italy is a favourite destination of both Ranveer and Deepika so they want to keep their big day more of a private affair. They are looking forward to hosting grand receptions once they're back in India post the wedding," Filmfare quoted the source as saying.
Veteran actor Kabir Bedi was amongst those who spotted the article and sent out congratulatory messages to the duo. Whether Mr Bedi is more informed than the rest of us are or not is not known but this is what he tweeted: "Great couple! Great locale in Italy! Great event! Wishing Ranveer and Depika a wonderful wedding, and a lifetime of happiness," Mr Bedi tweeted.
In June this year, fresh rumours brought out November 10 as their wedding date with Filmfare reporting that the Padukones and Singhs had already begun with the wedding shopping. In July, Deepika was photographed shopping in Bengaluru last month when it was reported that she was apparently shopping for her wedding jewellery. Then in June, she was spotted on a shopping spree in Bandra with her mother Ujjala Padukone in tow. On Monday, Deepika and her mother were photographed at the Mumbai airport as they returned from Bangalore. Meanwhile, Deepika and Ranveer were holidaying in Florida, Orlando with Deepika's sister Anisha recently.
On the work front, Deepika has a lighter work load than Ranveer, who is currently prepping for '83. He also has Simmba and Gully Boy in the line-up. Deepika's film with Irrfan Khan has been postponed indefinitely.
