JEE Advanced 2019 result will be released by IIT Roorkee today
JEE Advanced Result 2019: IIT Roorkee, the institute which conducted the JEE Advanced exam this year, will release JEE Advanced result today.This year Kartikey Gupta from maharashtra has secured the All India Rank 1. The result was released on the official website for the entrance examination. This year, the number of eligible applicants for JEE Advanced had been increased from top 2,24,000 rank holders to top 2,45,000 rank holders. Along with result declaration, the final answer key for the JEE Advanced exam has also been released. IIT Roorkee will also begin the online registration process for Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT). Only those candidates who qualify in JEE Advanced will be eligible to appear for AAT.

AAT 2019 online registration to begin today
The online registration for Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) 2019 will begin today and students will have time till tomorrow, i.e. June 15, to complete the application process. Only candidates who qualify in JEE Advanced will be eligible to apply for AAT.
JEE Advanced Rank: Tie-breaker ruleIn case of same marks scored by two or more candidates, candidates having higher positive marks will be awarded higher rank.
If the first rule does not apply then, higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Mathematics. If this does not break the tie, higher rank will be assigned to the candidate who has obtained higher marks in Physics. If there is a tie even after this, candidates will be assigned the same rank.
JEE Advanced rank list
Only candidates who appeared in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be considered for ranking. Rank list will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained by a student in both the papers.
JEE Advanced eligibility
This year the top 2,45,000 rank holders in JEE Main were eligible to appear for JEE Advanced this year. JEE Main was conducted twice this year - in January and in April.
