Bihar Board Exam 2022: Check dates, paper pattern for Class 10
BSEB Bihar Board Class 10 Exam 2022: The Bihar Secondary Education Board (BSEB) will conduct Class 10 board exams from February 17 onwards. The matric exam will be conducted from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and from 1:45 pm to 5 pm under COVID-19 safety protocols. The candidates who are going to appear in the BSEB Matric examination can download the admit card by visiting the official website - secondary.biharboardonline.com.
As per the official notice issued by the BSEB, the class 10 practical exams will be held between January 20 to 22, and the theoretical exams will be held from February 17 to 24. While the BSEB exams will be of three hours duration, an additional time of 15 minutes will be given to candidates. In the additional time of 15 minutes, candidates can read and analyse the question paper.

BSEB Bihar Board Class 10 Exam 2022: Paper Pattern
In Class 10 examination, each question paper will be divided into three sections. The first section will have objective-type questions. For short and long answers, there will be a separate section. Each section will be compulsory and failure to answer any section will result in a deduction of marks.
The Bihar board will also be mentioning the subject code for each subject on the question paper of Class 10 exam. The candidates who are going to appear in the exam will have to enter the subject code in the OMR sheet attached to the answering sheet. The subject code for the science examination in 112, whereas, for social science, it is 211.
BSEB Bihar Board Class 10 Exam 2022: Marking Scheme
Students will be given internal assessment marks for science and social science based on project work and other activities.
Exam Qualifying Criteria
The Class 10 students will have to score at least 33 per cent in the board exams to obtain a pass certificate. The aggregate marks should equal to at least 150.
Those who fail to obtain minimum passing marks will have to appear for a compartmental exam to improve their performance.
