Emotions have been running high ever since the Centre gave the go ahead for the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh. While there were celebrations across the 10 districts of the Telengana region after the bill was passed in Lok Sabha yesterday, there was shock and disbelief in Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema.
