Jagan Mohan Reddy-led YSR Congress has called for a bandh in the 13 districts of Seemandhra today to protest the passage of Telangana Bill in the Lok Sabha. Many schools and colleges are shut in Vijaywada, Vizag and Tirupati districts; bus services are, however, unaffected and government offices too are open.
