National Disaster Response Force briefs:
As for Kedarnath
- We are in one of the most difficult axis
- 10 teams are working
- So far 120 victims have been evacuated
- One dead body has been recovered
- In jungle Chet, helipad made but it is not operational
- 170 have been evacuated by road, 300 by air
- More evacuated through rest of the day
As for Kedarnath
- 153 have been rescued
- 149 sadhus don't want to be evacuated
- Police presence seen in the areas
- Recognising bodies easier
- 740 people have been rescued today
- In Ramwada, one person has died, his son has been evacuated
- Tomorrow we will carry on rescue operations in Ramwada, Kedarnath, Badrinath and Jungle Chet
