Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah voted at the Assembly complex. His party, the ruling National Conference (NC), has 28 MLAs, Congress has 17 while Opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has 21. While the NC is supporting Pranab Mukherjee, the Opposition is supporting PA Sangma.
