Court begins hearing on Nupur Talwar's bail plea; she is not present in court.

Nupur's lawyer argues;

There was no evidence against her and she had undergone scientific tests like lie detection and polygraphy and nothing was found against her.

Finger prints found at the crime scene did not match that of Nupur's and since her husband and co-accused Rajesh Talwar was given bail, she should also be given bail on parity basis as she is a woman.

CBI counsel argues;

Rajesh Talwar was not on regular bail and that his bail was under review. So, there is no question of giving parity.
