Foreign Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar tweeted on PM Modi's Rwanda visit, along with photos showing PM Modi visiting the Genocide Memorial Centre in Rwanda's Kigali.
"The memorial honours the victims of the worst excesses of violence. It is also symbolic of the admirable and exemplary process of reconciliation Rwanda has embarked upon," he said in his tweet.
