Congress parliamentarian DK Suresh said the party has issued a whip to two of its legislators who are missing from the assembly for the floor test. "We have issued a whip to the two MLAs that they should be present in the house," Mr Suresh said. He said he tried to meet the MLAs, but was not allowed to enter beyond the reception of the Bengaluru hotel by the police.
