Bihar Chief Minister requested Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar to take strict actions against culprits of 7-year-old's murder in Gurgaon's Ryan International school.

Mr Kumar further said that Mr Khattar promised him, "no guilty will be spared in Pradyuman case."
