Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today said the attack on Amarnath yatra pilgrims was a "grave security lapse" which occurred despite intelligence inputs. "I condemn strongly the attack on Amarnath pilgrims, in which devotees have been killed.
