- The move to reduce the altitude was taken at that time by the government (in 2003) and cabin height was also revised at that time. The official MoD release said increasing cabin height was desirable: AK Antony
- On Nov 19, 2003, a meeting took place and it was decided that the altitude will be brought down from 6,00 metres to 4,500 metres.
- All these decisions in 2003 were taken by your government, Mr Antony tells BJP in the House.
