According to sources, PM Modi's Lahore trip was decided today. It came out of PM Modi's phone call to PM Sharif for his birthday this morning. Details of meeting with PM Sharif were being planned till the last minute before take off for Lahore, reports NDTV's Nidhi Razdan.
