BJP's Saroj Pandey wins Rajya Sabha Election from Chhattisgarh after beating Congress' Lekhram Sahu. While the BJP got 51 votes, Congress won 36. The BJP in the state congratulated Ms Pandey on winning the seat. "Congratulations on becoming a Rajya Sabha member" the party posted on Twitter.
